A speed boat carrying some Ad-hoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and security operatives has capsized along the Ebrohimi Creek in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State.
Concise News understands that this has left electoral materials missing with the incident said to have taken place on Saturday night.
The boat went out of control after it was hit by torrential waves as it returned after the election from Ebrohimi Community along the Benin River to Koko,Headquarters of Warri North Local Government Area of Delta.
The Delta State Commissioner of Police, Adeyinka Adeleke has said the command was investigating the matter.
