Following Okorocha’s dilemma, the All progressive Congress APC has said the party cannot help the embattled outgoing governor of Imo state to sustain his denied certificate of return.
Speaking through its National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Isa-Onilu, at a press conference in Abuja, insisted that Okorocha was aware of his suspension, hence, cannot not reported his dilemma to the party.
He said:
“We cannot take any position on that now. Governor Okorocha is on suspension. He, too, has not reported the case to us because he knows he is on suspension.
“Until that is vacated, we can’t handle his case.”
