The All Progressives Congress (APC) Osun State, has reacted to the emergence of Senator Adeleke, said that they would appeal to the tribunal which declared Senator of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) winner of the SEP27/2018 governorship election RE-RUN in the state.
Recall that Osun governorship election tribunal has today declared the governorship candidate of the PDP winner of last year’s election, stating that it was illegal for a Returning Officer to cancel election in 17 polling units (read more about the judgment here)
however, the affected political Party APC has reacted to the judgement through its Director of Publicity, Research and Strategy, Mr Kunle Oyatomi, who stated that the verdict would not stand “superior legal scrutiny”.
